Team Lead - Call Center

Job Description

Lead a team of 8-12 agents. Monitor performance, conduct coaching, ensure targets are met. 2+ years experience. English or German.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors
  • Participate in training and quality improvement programs

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in the required language(s)
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
