Job Description
Lead a team of 8-12 agents. Monitor performance, conduct coaching, ensure targets are met. 2+ years experience. English or German.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly performance targets
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors
- Participate in training and quality improvement programs
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in the required language(s)
- Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
